• PPE – pre use checks and fitting (Harness, helmet, fall arrest and positioning lanyards)
• Anchor point selection.
• Fall arrest lanyard climbing
• Temporary horizontal Systems.

• Rig to rescue safety lines (Fall Arrest and Restraint)
• Rescue kit content awareness
• Casualty lifting using rescue kit
