To provide delegates with the knowledge and practical experience to enable them to rescue a fellow worker or tower crane driver. Casualty could be: suspended by a fall arrest lanyard or system, collapsed within a protected platform, slumped in the driver’s cab or other similar scenarios. Rescues are carried out using primarily casualty lifting and lowering techniques.

• Casualty lifting using rescue kit
• Casualty lowering
• Casualty care
• Suspension Syncope theory
• Theory and Practical assessments
Experienced climbers familiar with fall protection techniques. Examples include: Construction site operatives, tower crane hire
and maintenance engineers, site rescue personnel.
Rescue kits include: Any CRD rescue system or other suitable rescue system.
Please Note: Delegates must have previously completed a full work at height course including practical training.
