CITA – Client Integrated Trainer Assessor
Our CITA Scheme provides customers with the ability to train in-house instructors to deliver and assess candidates in a specified range of courses/skills. The scheme requires a minimum level of experience and competency evidence for prospective candidates to enter the scheme and successful candidates are subject to periodic audits. It is recommended that customers discuss all training options before proceeding with a CITA application to ensure the most appropriate solution is provided.
To attend a course we will require the following application form back with supporting evidence.
This CITA scheme shall enable successful candidates to improve the knowledge and skills of others required to use Evacuation Equipment in the workplace and assess the suitability of candidates for these tasks.

Personnel who will be required to provide ‘in-house’ rescue training – usually already in a supervisory or instructional role within a company – where delivery according to the CITA scheme may help mitigate any identified risks.
