Double thickness canvas rope protector, colour blue, with Velcro closure along the length plus press studs at each of the ends where additional security is wanted. A retaining web loop is also present, one at each end.
Helps protect rope sheath against light abrasion on rough surfaces and edges. Maybe attached to either the rope or the structure.
