Description
Y-pattern fall arrest elasticated web double lanyard, terminating in a steel delta pattern screwlink connector at the absorber end & an alloy forged captive-eye double action scaffold hook (60mm throat opening) at each of the fly ends. This lanyard is an industry standard, and normally the minimum equipment issued with a harness for working at height.
Mainly designed for use in climbing towers, erecting steels, scaffolding work as well as performing maintenance in open areas. The elastic property of the lanyard minimizes loose hanging and the user getting entangled and incurring trip accidents, especially in tight working areas. It can also be used with 2 Girder Slings (RGK26) on suitable platforms where there is no fixed lifeline or no available eyebolts
