Description
Rope Access device with a stainless steel frame & spring and aluminium cam. Designed as a compact back-up rope adjustment device for use on a back-up safety line when using industrial rope access abseiling techniques.
Tested using Teufelberger 11mm and Edelrid 10.5mm EN1891 Type A rope. Other 10.5 – 11mm dia. ropes have provided excellent results (check all different ropes prior to use).
Normal working conditions 1person (100kg) max. capacity, however in rescue situations the manufacturer conducted additional testing outside the standard & this unit is reported to be suitable for 2 person load (200kg) max. capacity, conditions apply.
